Ready-Mixed Concrete

Ready-mixed concrete is proportioned and mixed uniformly at specialized batching plants, then delivered to construction sites via mixer trucks for direct pouring. It is the mainstream cast-in-place material for current civil construction projects. Classified by compressive strength grades ranging from C15 to C80, customizable variants include ordinary, impermeable, frost-resistant and retarded concrete as required.

Automated centralized batching enables precise metering of aggregates, cement and admixtures for consistent quality. It can be pumped or poured via chutes on arrival without on-site mixing. Retarding water-reducing agents prevent premature setting during medium-haul transportation.

It's suitable for nearly all cast-in-place works: main structures of high-rises, basements, road bedding courses, foundations, floor screeds and small cast-in-place structures.

Ready-mixed concrete supplies benefits include simplified on-site construction, low pollution and flexible mix designs. While it’s restricted by transportation duration; slump loss easily occurs under high temperatures over long distances, requiring slump-retaining agents for long-haul delivery.
